Muay Thai is the martial art from Thailand that dates back to the 1200s AD. Since then it has been consistently used in competition between Thai villages and close combat training for Thailand’s military. Today, Muay Thai is still used in military training and is Thailand’s national sport.

Muay Thai is a powerful stand-up combat system and is considered one of the most street effective of the martial arts. Muay Thai is an essential part of training for anyone who competes or wishes to compete in MMA.  Often referred to as “the science of eight limbs,” Muay Thai focuses on using your fists, elbows, knees and legs as weapons.  Once effectively trained in this “weaponry,” you will always be prepared to defend yourself.

Whether you are training for self-defense, competition, exercise or just for fun, the intense training involved in Muay Thai will result in a great workout to get you in the best shape of your life.
